Matthew R. Tracey

Mr. Tracey is a senior vice president and account manager in the New York office, focusing on portfolio strategy and investment solutions for insurance companies and banks. Mr. Tracey also collaborates with PIMCO’s economic strategists on secular macroeconomic research and publications. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2014, he was an investment banker with Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. in San Francisco, working with municipalities and public infrastructure authorities. Mr. Tracey began his career with UBS Investment Bank in 2007. He has 13 years of investment and financial services experience and holds a bachelor's degree from Vassar College and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, where he specialized in macroeconomics and investment management.
